    In 1955, Louis Sugarman realized a long-held dream by founding Decorative Carpets. His passion for creating hand-tufted rugs and carpets was soon recognized by those in search of beautiful floorings. For half a century, Decorative Carpets has supplied custom floorings to the world's most prestigious residential and commercial interiors. It is a proud tradition that his son, George Sugarman, continues to employ as President of the company.
    Decorative is headquartered in West Hollywood, California with manufacturing facilities in Bangkok, Thailand. The company adheres to strict quality control measures, eyeing every detail of the custom process. A dedicated staff, devoted exclusively to tracking and expediting orders, ensures your project receives the highest level of customer service—from start to finish.
