WARRANTY

Decorative Carpets Inc., hereby warrants it’s carpets to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year unless sold as imperfect, mill seconds, close-outs or mill ends and with the following exceptions.

1. No claim will be entertained for worn carpet under rolling chairs when not protected by chair pads.
2. Dye lots are subject to slight color variation. Claims for color variation within commercial tolerances will not be considered.
3. No claim will be allowed or allowances made for damage to carpet occurring or resulting from improper cleaning, including wet cleaning.
4. No claim will be allowed for improper installation of the goods. An imperfect seam made by the installer cannot be considered a manufacturing defect.
5. Pile crush, shading, shedding or soiling are not manufacturing defects and cannot be considered as reason for adjustment.
6. High tags or sprouts, missing tufts, or tufts pulling will only be adjusted on the basis of replacing missing tufts. Sprouting of loose yarn is not considered a manufacturing defect.
7. No claim will be entertained on carpet that has been treated with any topical treatment.
8. Hand tufted and woven products contain natural irregularities. Lines, weave lines and striations may appear and are inherent characteristics of these type of carpets and are not considered manufacturing defects.
